Return policy

Fresh & Perishable Items (Vegetables & Food Products)
Due to their perishable nature, these items can only be returned at the time of delivery. Please check the quality and freshness upon receipt. If you’re not satisfied, you may return the product immediately to the delivery partner for a refund or credit note. Returns will not be accepted after delivery is completed.

Packed Dry Fruits
Packed dry fruits are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Please note that the exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
