Refund policy

Fresh & Perishable Items (Vegetables & Food Products)
Refunds for vegetables and perishable food items are only applicable if the product is returned at the time of delivery. Once accepted, no refunds will be issued.

Packed Dry Fruits
For packed dry fruits, refunds are available if a return request is made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
