Please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully prepare and handcraft your order. During high-volume sales or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer, which will be noted on our website.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹50 (or another amount).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

We are committed to a low-waste model. Our products are packaged in recyclable and/or biodegradable materials, such as glass, paper, and cardboard. We avoid plastic whenever possible and use recycled paper stuffing for padding.

Due to the personal nature of our products (soaps, skincare, etc.), we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a store credit or exchange.

We pack every order with care to prevent damage during transit. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@naturalearthethos.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
